Store policy

Damaged items: In the unlikely event that you receive our donuts damaged and are seeking a refund, please take photos and send them through to contact@wiseguydonuts.com

Order cancellations: Once an order is place and processed it cannot be cancelled or refunded, if we are notified 48 hours prior to your order being made – we will issue a store credit.

Non-returnable items: Due to food safety reasons, we can refund or exchange products that you receive. In the event that you receive a product that was not ordered, please take a photo and send through to us for a full refund or credit.

Non-pickup: Ordered products that are not picked up at the selected time will not be remade or refunded. Due to food safety and product quality reasons, we are unable to hold products that are not picked up for collection at a later time.

Order fulfilment: In rare cases where we cannot complete an order due to unforseen circumstances, we will notify you and we reserve the right to cancel that order/part of the order and will issue a full refund.
